Grantham Coates Surveys Limited was founded by John Grantham & Chris Coates. Both have many years surveying experience and are known within the industry for their professionalism, customer focus, and attention to detail. We now have additional teams of skilled surveyors who are experienced in carrying out a wide range of survey tasks.

Grantham Coates Surveys utilise quality specialist survey instruments and equipment which is regularly serviced and calibrated. To maximise efficiency and quality, the company keep informed of the latest developments in survey technology and have an equipment update plan. Since "time is money" survey data collection and processing procedures are also regularly reviewed to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, in order to remain as competitive as possible. Our surveyors process their own work; data is not sent to a separate department for processing and editing, so our surveys are produced by the people who actually carried out the site work.
